This is your opportunity to join Dr Fred Swann for a full-day workshop as he introduces the energetic field and its relationship to our nervous system, somatic practice, and touch.
This is an intimate workshop that focuses on developing the inner and outer skills necessary for the perception and attunement to subtle energy.
You will leave feeling more empowered to support your clients, and more confident in your ability to understand and work with the energetic field.

This workshop is designed for people to gain insight into the foundational teachings and skillsets behind the Integral Energetics modality without committing to the full practitioner training.
Practitioners & Professionals: Those working with the body or nervous system who are seeking more depth and understanding for working with the energetic field in their practice.
Students & Beginners: Individuals curious about energetic and somatic work, and would like an integrated and grounded approach to understanding the human energetic field.
What to expect

Develop a clear and practical understanding of the layered organisation of the human energy field, and how each level relates to physical, emotional, and cognitive processes. This provides a framework for perceiving and working with the field in a structured and grounded way.

Explore how the energetic field and nervous system function as an integrated system. Learn how changes in one reflect and influence the other, and how working with the field can support regulation, adaptability, and overall system coherence.

Be guided through practical exercises such as the Field Awareness Exercise and Field Discrimination Exercise, designed to refine your perception of subtle energy and build confidence in what you are sensing.

Learn how specific forms of contact can interact with both the physical body and the energetic field. Understand how touch can facilitate release, integration, and reorganisation within the system.

Develop your ability to engage the senses to recognise patterns of tension, withdrawal, and available energy within the body and field. This skill supports more precise, attuned, and effective interaction.

We won’t be able to accomodate an online option for this workshop, as it’s primarily hands-on. However, we do have an online course on the energetic field starting in June.
