​At each of our Clear Day events, each participant will receive Two Entrainments with Dr Fred Swann. Our “group style” setting is designed to create the most immersive experience for each individual within the collective field. 

The day will take place 9:00am-5:00pm on Sunday, with a delicious homemade vegetarian lunch, snacks, and tea and coffee to enjoy in the beautiful setting of our Tree of Life studio. Throughout the day, you will be led through a Field Awareness Exercise, Breathwork, and Guided Meditation to assist in taking this work to an even deeper level. 

The day is designed to help your nervous system develop more sophisticated strategies to integrate tension and liberate bound energy. We gently guide you into new territory, equipping you with the tools to encounter energy in a resourced way. On the other side of this experience, you may find greater stability, adaptability, coherence, energy, and flexibility. This is your opportunity to meet and transform energy in a fully supported environment.
