What is the
Integral Energetics Practitioner Course?

Integral Energetics is a comprehensive energetic and somatic healing modality that support clients in healing and transformation. Our practitioner training program is a professional training for practitioners, coaches, and clinicians, who want to bridge body, mind, and consciousness in their work.

In this program, you’ll learn the connection between the physical body, the human energy field, and consciousness itself. Through theory, practice, and guided self-enquiry, you’ll develop the skills and learn the application of Integral Energetics to support clients across physical, emotional, and spiritual domains.

Rooted in neuroscience, psychology, and wisdom traditions, Integral Energetics teaches you to meet clients with safety, attunement, and presence, and to facilitate transformation through every layer of being.

Graduates leave with the confidence to work at the meeting point of soma, psyche, and spirit — helping others move from dysregulation and fragmentation toward connection, wholeness, and presence.

Integral Energetics as a modality provides really useful frameworks and practices for understanding what the mind is and learning how to work with it in a way that creates coherence, flexibility, and stability within our being.

Level of Certification

Module 1 - Soma

Module 1: Soma lays the groundwork for Integral Energetics by cultivating body awareness, nervous system regulation, and foundational skills in assessment, energetic perception, and safe, attuned client relationships.

Acceptance through application & interview.

Module 2 - Psyche

Module 2: Psyche deepens awareness of emotions, beliefs, and patterns by integrating mind-body psychology, affective neuroscience, and energetic field dynamics, while cultivating advanced therapeutic skills for emotional resonance, safety, and client support.

Participants must complete Module 1 first.

Module 3 - Spirit

Module 3: Spirit expands into archetypes, subtle energy, and transpersonal awareness, integrating metaphysical frameworks, spiritual attunement, advanced energetic techniques, and professional application to support deep client transformation.

Participants must complete Module 2 first.

Detailed Course Outline

  • BODY - SAFETY - REGULATION

    In this first module, we lay the foundations for working safely and skillfully with the body and the energetic field. You’ll explore the relationship between physical structure, the nervous system, and subtle energy, while learning how safety and regulation support transformation.

    Through a blend of in-person training, online learning, and integration practices, you’ll:

    • Build a grounded understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the nervous system.

    • Learn the principles of integration and interpersonal neurobiology.

    • Be introduced to the layers of the energetic field and their link to states of consciousness.

    • Develop hands-on and off-body skills to assess posture, touch, and energetic presence.

    • Cultivate practitioner qualities of safety, connection, and attunement.

    Module 1 gives you the essential tools to begin working with clients in a way that honours both body and energy, and sets the stage for deeper exploration in later modules.

  • EMOTIONS - BELIEFS - PATTERNS

    This module deepens into the psychological and emotional dimensions of body–energy work. You’ll explore how emotions, beliefs, and relational patterns are held in the body and field, and how they shape perception and behaviour.

    Through a balance of theory, experiential learning, and practice, you’ll:

    • Understand the relationship between physical tension, emotional stress, and cultural narratives.

    • Learn how attachment dynamics and belief systems influence body, mind, and energy.

    • Explore neuroscience of perception and hemispheric function in relation to therapeutic work.

    • Work with the subtle energy body at a deeper level, especially the etheric and emotional layers.

    • Develop skills to track and engage emotional charge within the field.

    • Refine therapeutic boundaries and attunement to create emotional safety in practice.

    Module 2 equips you to support clients in meeting the emotional, relational, and psychological patterns stored in their body and energy, with increased precision, depth, and care.

  • ARCHETYPES - SUBTLE ENERGY - TRANSPERSONAL AWARENESS

    In this final module, the focus expands into the spiritual and transpersonal dimensions of body-energy work. You’ll engage archetypal frameworks, subtle energy practices, and advanced skills to support deep transformation.

    Through immersive training, you’ll:

    • Explore the philosophical, scientific, and metaphysical foundations of the energetic field.

    • Work with archetypal templates and participate in the Grace Process to embody aspects of consciousness.

    • Cultivate spiritual presence and expanded states of awareness to enhance practitioner attunement.

    • Develop advanced on-body and off-body contact skills, including complex protocols and techniques.

    • Learn to assess clients with professionalism, deliver clear reports of findings, and apply Somato-Respiratory Integration at practitioner level.

    • Strengthen ethical awareness and relational skill when supporting clients through profound personal or spiritual processes.

    Module 3 brings together all aspects of the training-body, psyche, and spirit-equipping you to work with clients at the deepest levels of integration and transformation.

How is the course structured?

The Integral Energetics Practitioner Training is delivered across three sequential modules.

Training Hours:

  • 3 modules × 57 hours (171 hours total)

  • 3 modules × 12 hours online via zoom (36 hours total)

  • 3 modules × 15 hours self-paced online learning (45 hours total)

    Total: ~252 formal contact hours, plus additional self-study and assignments.

Each modules is offered annually, giving you the flexibility to complete the program within an 18-month period or at your own pace.

    We also welcome those without prior experience. While the course includes homework and a learning curve that requires curiosity and commitment, participants from diverse backgrounds have become outstanding practitioners through this training.

  • Access to the course materials is via Thinkific. The portal is Mac, PC, and tablet friendly. Once you're in, Integral Energetics Online course materials can be found in your Library when logging into the portal.

  • Yes payment plans are available over 3-month or 6-month period. Fees are adjusted with this arrangement.

  • At the moment we run our practitioner training program in Melbourne, Australia and in London, UK.

  • You will receive certification after each Module, which means you can practice at the level of training you have completed.
