Course Outline
Discover the 7 Layers of the Energetic Field within your own being through guidance, self-enquiry, and self-practices.

Have a working knowledge of the spine.

Understand energetic field dynamics, nervous system regulation, and the physical and psychological patterns that lead to protective tension in the body.

Gain trauma-informed techniques, with extensive hands-on practice, for working with the body and energetic field to support healing and transformation in your clients.

Give an accurate assessment using Integral Energetic parameters of the physical and energetic states of a client’s system through posture analysis, palpation of the spine, and identification of key anatomical landmarks.

Develop an intermediate level of skill for both on-body and off-body application of contacts.

Refine your awareness, sensitivity, and subtle differentiation of the 7 layers of the energetic field - exploring how each corresponds to different states of consciousness and interacts with our reality.

After completing two medical degrees, I initially wondered if this work would lean towards shamanism or something similarly esoteric.
To my surprise, it didn’t. It was grounded in neuroscience, psychology, and real, tangible experiences. Everything has been palpable. Something you can touch, feel, and directly experience. It’s very real.
What would I say to someone considering learning Integral Energetics? I would say that if you are curious about the meaning of life, about your purpose here on earth, if you are spiritually inclined or even simply feeling lost, it would be a good idea to at least do Module 1.
And I wouldn’t just recommend it to people who want to become practitioners. I would recommend it to anyone seeking deeper meaning, anyone who is spiritual or practices any form of self-inquiry.
John and Fred have been truly remarkable. I've engaged with many spiritual practices over the decades, and what I often found lacking was real integration.
John and Fred come closer to embodying that integration than almost anyone I’ve seen. I believe it’s deeply connected to the nature of this work: how tangible it is, how it anchors into the body, and how real the experience becomes.
