CLEAR DAY

​Dr. Fred will be running a Clear Day on April 13th.

 

This is an opportunity to meet and transform energy in a fully supported environment. The day is designed to help your nervous system develop more sophisticated strategies to integrate tension and liberate bound energy.

 

We gently guide you into new territory, equipping you with the tools to encounter energy in a resourced way. On the other side of this experience, you may find greater stability, adaptability, coherence, energy, and flexibility.

For 330 AUD, you'll receive two entrainments, breathwork, meditation, and a nourishing home-cooked vegetarian lunch.
